Can you repair teddies that are made from sheepskin?
We are one of only a few companies that will repair teddies and soft toys that are made of animal skins – we use like for like materials where possible, but if these are unavailable, we use
close matched alternatives. A lot of other companies do not repair them due to the fragile nature
of the skin but we have developed different methods to enable us to undertake these repairs.

Can you offer an express service?
We do offer an express service for teddies that are required home as soon as possible. We can
have most repairs completed within 48hrs under this service. I am afraid due to workloads we
cannot offer a same day service.

Can I drop off my Teddy in person?
We always welcome customers who would like to drop off their teddies in person, we can make
appointments Monday to Friday 10.30am – 2:30pm or Saturday mornings 10.30am – 12noon. If

In your T&C’s it states that once repaired the teddy can no longer be classified as a toy – why is this?
All of our work is carried out entirely by hand and therefore is not machine sewn so it is not to
the same specification as when it was first made. We do not use anything that is toxic but for
safety reasons care must be taken.

My Teddy has no fur can it be restored or recovered?
Yes, we do offer a recovering service. We recover a teddy or a soft toy with a close matched
plush material in either a synthetic plush or a natural mohair – when we recover a toy, we take great care to follow all of their seams so they keep their look and profile we are also very keen
to keep and work around all original features such as eyes, nose and labels meaning they keep as much character as possible.

Do you accept teddies from other countries?
We gladly accept teddies from all over the world, occasionally depending on which courier
service you use there may be charges to be paid when we receive them – these will be added
to the final bill with proof of charges.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, you do not need to make any payments in advance, Payment is made upon completion of
work, as soon as all our teddies are soft toys are completed, we email with their before and after
pictures and invoice.

Do I have to book a slot for teddies repair or is there a waiting list?
We do not run a waiting list system – we start work and order any materials for a repair as soon
as a Teddy has arrived. This means that a Teddy will be away for the least amount of time as
possible.

How do I pay?
We invoice for our work as soon as the teddy has been completed. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or cash over the bank counter.
I would like to accept my estimate, what do I do now?
Please email us and we will forward all of the details you will need to send teddy to us securely
What if I am not happy with my Teddy once I have received it home?
Once a teddy is completed, we email with their before and after pictures, if there is anything you
are not happy with at this stage, please let us know and we will amend any areas of repair that
you are not happy with and send fresh picture. If, however when you receive your teddy home
and there are any repairs that you are not happy with, please in the first instance email us
pictures and we can then proceed with rectifying any problems. In all cases we reimburse any postage costs back to us.
